讓我好奇 假魚翅 是不是就是冬粉做的? 對了 我想要問 怎麼把蝦煮熟後不會捲起來啊??
雖然吃起來像冬粉,但其實裡面還加了明膠和吉利T等成分再抽成絲狀,多半做成散翅不太可能有「假排翅」。 蝦子大家都知道從背部挑沙腸,但肚子也有一條白色的筋,受熱一縮蝦子就捲起來了。 把它切斷或抽出就不會這個狀況,日式炸明蝦多半如此處理。 PS.你太優了,我還以為沒有人會去看內文的,而且你還懂得裡面的專有名詞。拍拍手^^
